The new system went live in late 2023 and is helping the team work far more effectively. The use of DocuWare has facilitated a move to automation, bringing savings in man-hours, reducing errors and giving greater control over who has access to what information. The team has already used the app builder in SYSPRO to develop a far more useful bank reconciliation tool.
