Innovative Technology, the Oldham-based bank note validator manufacturer, is investing in a new SYSPRO-based manufacturing, distribution and accounting solution from NexSys (K3). The new fully integrated system is a major investment for Innovative Technology and includes additional software: Microsoft® Dynamics CRM, a sophisticated online product configuration tool called Configur8or and QlikView for instant business intelligence and reporting.
Innovative Technology expects the system to go live in May 2012 and that it will help support and drive its rapid expansion, providing full visibility of important information and integrating all areas of the business through advanced, user-friendly technology.
Innovative Technology is a market leader in the provision of bank note validators for the amusement, gaming, vending, retail & kiosk industries and the past two years have resulted in strong growth as it released new products to the market.
In addition to the benefit of installing a robust and reliable back end system, the company’s sales and customer services teams will also see a major boost to their productivity with the new CRM system linking seamlessly to customer records held in SYSPRO.
