UPDATED: Will Moorepay transfer over automatically? Is there anything we need to do?

From a Payroll point of view everything will transfer over including all of your data (Gemma will be manually updating this over a period of time so if you need access to any historical payslips/P60s, please download a copy). You will have received a link to log in with your SYSPRO email address – this will have been caught in Mimecast to please release and action.

In relation to the new personnel portal to manage your holidays, we will be deploying this in the 1st weeks of July.  Your new login above will give you access to both payroll and personnel/HR portal for holidays.  Once deployed you will receive an email with further instructions.

When we deploy this, all your payroll documents will be stored in the new instance; current and historical documents will not be migrated.  To ensure continuity, Gemma will be downloading and re-uploading historical payroll documents (P60s, Payslips) to the new system for you though this process may take some time.

If you require these in the immediate future, please take the time to download any payslips/documents.  To give you time to download the payroll documents you need, we are deferring the HR module roll out until the first week of July. Until then, please continue to put in holiday requests via your line managers for me to record manually. Managers, please remember to inform me of any sickness in this time.

UPDATED: Will the MoorePay email be changed automatically when migrated (for Payroll and HR personnel functions)?

You will have received a link to log in with your SYSPRO email address – this will have been caught in Mimecast to please release and action.  This is scheduled for week of 9th June.

I’ve logged into Anydesk but have lost access to the address books, what do I need to do?

Please log out and back in and this will show the address books for you again.

After the migration, what do I need to setup again?

Why are my links not working?

If you had a link to a OneDrive file or our SharePoint site, these have been moved and have a new address.  As such the links will not work and will have to be re-shared/setup.

Will I have to setup my email signature again?

No, SYSPRO have the facility to automatically add email signatures to all outgoing mail.  All NexSys staff signatures have automatically been added.

Is there a redirect from our K3BTG mails?

Yes, all K3BTG.com emails for NexSys mailboxes has been forwarded to SYSPRO.com emails from late afternoon Friday 16th May.  On Monday 19th May, the emails will still be forwarded and the sender will receive an auto-response notifying them:

Please note that NexSys is now a SYSPRO company and emails have changed from @K3BTG.com to @SYSPRO.com.  Please update your address book accordingly for future correspondence.  

This auto-forwarding and auto-response will be in place for 3 months after our migration.

In relation to email migration, do I need to update my SYSPRO InfoZone and LearnIt login email?

No, this has been managed by the internal administration team at SYSPRO.  You can begin logging in using your @syspro.com email address.

Note: you may have received an email from SYSPRO Synapse with the title: ‘SYSPRO Online Profile Suspended: PARTNER-SOLUTIONS’ as the admin team are busy updating your account.  This is expected so don’t worry about your standard SYSPRO login.

Will external customer/supplier  Teams sites continue to work?

No, they will have to resend an invite to your SYSPRO email address for you to continue accessing this.

I currently use Microsoft Visio and/or Microsoft Project – will I have a license to use these once we migrate to the SYSPRO domain?

Yes, your user has been allocated these Microsoft licences as you had in the K3BTG environment.  Licence details have been shared with the SYSPRO team.

1Password logs me out after 10 minutes – can I change this?

What do I need to know about Expenses (Certify/Emburse)?

Important – Expense Reports Submission Frequency:

Expense reports must only be done once per month, but there will be two payment runs per month in line with the payment calendar on or before the deadline.
Each expense submission costs us approx. £8 per submission and is likely to increase, therefore we are asking if you could limit your submissions to one per month, if you envisage this to be a problem please let me know
Also due to the cost of the submission we ask that you do not submit expenses that total less than £20 and wait until you have some more expenses to submit. This change is not only to save costs but also the time taken to process the expenses.

Receipts: Please ensure to add VAT receipts to your expanse reports
Mileage: Please do not forget to add mapping to your mileage claims ( select Map it! on mobile or desktop).
Policy: The Policy remains the same. We will let you know if anything changes.

Migration notes and information (Archive)

Note: K3 access has been removed for all users from 29th May 2025

When were the customer communications notifying them of our updated emails sent?

There will be 2 emails sent:

  1. SENT: 12th  May: Notification to notify customers about maintenance window from 16th to 19th and upcoming changes to our emails and in how we connect to customers (AnyDesk instead of ScreenConnect)
  2. SENT: 19th May: Notification to update customers (and partners and prospects) re: move from @k3btg.com to @syspro.com as well as the new CloudBlue URL (Note: Cloud Blue old address will still work and redirect to the new site for a period of time).

DO NOT use your K3BTG email from 19th May.

How do I get my OneNote files moved across?

They should automaticallly come across through to SYSPRO.  Some people are still seeing their OneNote show up under the old “K3btg” account, and it keeps asking them to sign in with that email. This makes it hard to sync or move the notebook to a different account. A quick fix is listed in the steps below (courtesy of Martin and Katie):

  1. Open OneNote.
  2. Go to File > Export.
  3. Under Export Current, select the Notebook (bottom option), then Format to be OneNote Package(the top option).
  4. Click Export.
  5. Choose a location to save the file (e.g., your Desktop).

Once the export is complete:

  1. Navigate to the location where you saved the file and open it.
  2. A popup will appear, update the save path to your SYSPRO OneDrive folder.
  3. Rename the notebook to something like SYSPRO OneNote – 2025 (or a name of your choice).
  4. Click Create.

Has the O365 migration ported all emails, notes, tasks and contacts etc over?

The BitTitan migration tool being used by SYSPRO will migrate the following

  • Inbox
  • Folders
  • Email
  • Contacts
  • Calendars
  • Tasks
  • Journals
  • Notes
  • Server-Side Rules
  • Folder Permissions
  • Post (when the destination is Exchange or Microsoft 365)
  • Automatic Replies (Out of Office Messages)

The BitTitan migration tool being used by SYSPRO will not migrate the following

  • Calendar acceptance status emails
  • Safe Sender/Block Lists
  • In-line images in Tasks
  • Client-Side Rules
    • If needed, you can export your current rules from your K3BTG mailbox, save them into a OneDrive folder and import them into your SYSPRO mailbox once setup.
  • Groups
    • Notebooks
    • For Group documents: anything not in a document library (See SharePoint)

Have my Teams chats migrated?

NOTE: THIS HAS NOT MIGRATED

So if you do have specific items you wish to save, then I’d suggest copying these away into an email to yourself or a text file into your OneDrive.

This is a new feature for Bit Titan, our migration tool and personal individual Teams chats have migrate with the final migration; however, only limited history (it’s a relatively new feature with )

  • Last 30 days
  • Some size limitations
  • Links won’t work as those will change as we migrate (OneDrive/teams files etc).
